Our homes are designed to offer you luxury living in a carefree setting. Services offered in our communities include snow removal, lawn care, a resort-style Clubhouse with fitness center and heated outdoor swimming pool (these amenities may not be in all communities), and upscale neighborhood features such as impressive entrance features and landscaping throughout. We are committed to providing you a smooth purchase process, quality home, and enjoyable lifestyle.
*Apple Tree communities are not condominiums. Homeowners own their home and lot, and an HOA coordinates services such as lawn care and snow removal for all homes, for a monthly fee.

Apple Tree utilizes panelized construction to shorten the build time for your new home, limit exposure to the elements and ensure all our homes are built with precision. Cast stone and cement board siding, combined with 30-year architectural shingles, aluminum soffit and fascia and high quality dual pane insulated vinyl windows provide a visually appealing and essentially maintenance free exterior for years to come. Inside the home, quality features such as plastered walls, tall, flat ceilings and architectural features including large windows with transoms to let in tons of natural light, entryways enhanced by faux columns and trayed ceilings in the master suites combine to create an impressive feel from the front door through the rest of the home.
Comprehensive Warranty
All new homes from Apple Tree come with the peace of mind that comes with our comprehensive one-year new home warranty. Our warranty covers the materials and workmanship of your home to be free from defects for a period of one year from the date of closing as described in the Homeowner’s Manual that comes with every home. We work very hard to make sure your home is exceptional at closing, then provide an opportunity to schedule a service request at 45 days and one year to address anything that may have come up while living in the home. We understand that service after the sale is important and take pride in providing solid warranty coverage for your new home.
